FocusingFocusing is direct access to a
             Bodily Knowing. A Felt Sense.
As in ancient times, philosophy now has a practice derived from it.. and there, following the entry into the implicit, surprising new steps of change, thought, and action come about.
Check the book "Focusing" by Eugine Gendlin. the focusing institute
The root and influence on many new Psychotherapy techniques these last 20 years.

MindfulnessMindfulness is the practice of paying attention
to one thing in the moment without judgment in order to meet the present with acceptance and equanimity.
What a delightful practice to augment personal inquiry, and to deepen the understanding of Focusing.
