I'm so happy to share the work in Ireland with the SHEP community of counselors and psychotherapists in Cork.
This June taught there the EFA (emotional first aid) course from the SE school, and advanced work in MBSE (Mindfulness based Somatic Experiencing).
At the same time Sogyal Rinpoche was at Dzogchen Beara and I was so lucky to sit on his week long retreat. The subject was Compassion and the practice was Tonglen. I do love that practice, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Such an amazing group of people, with curiousity and genuine interest in personal development. A group that inspires me in the work they do in their community and with their kindness and honest inquiry.
Another training will happen this October, if you know of anyone that would like to join.
