The ToWo project is getting a lot of attention lately. We're planning a great afternoon party on the Beach of Old Jaffa in October, as a fund raising party. We've been contacted by a group of Ethiopian women here in Israel, to work with them as well, years after their long frightening intimidating walk through sudan, to crumble the fear out of their system, and with an idea to go back with the video skills to make a movie of their journey.
We're excited about this as well as working with rural women in the WozaMoya community, South Africa, women tending to AIDS/HIV patients, orphans and families in KwazuluNatal SA.
Here and in Africa, the women want to move into more resiliency, more self esteem, more skills, and the ability to sound, create, and manifest in modern society their voices in courage and pride.
We really need all the help you can give...
